#2 CHILI TIME

Another great way to use the powder is to add one scoop ofPerfect Bone Broth powder into simmering chili. 

If you're making the chili in a crockpot, this can be done as you're adding in the tomatoes. Just whisk the scoop in with ½ cup of water until smooth and toss it in. Or, if making on the stove, remove half a cup of the liquid and whisk in the powder. Then, once no clumps remain, whisk it back into the pot to simmer. You won't notice the flavor much, but you will reap the benefits of the broth!
 
 

#3 LEMON GINGER BROTH TEA

This tea is perfectly warming and soothing if you have a sore throat. While the lemon and ginger help the throat the bone broth gives it a big nutrition boost.

  • ½ squeezed lemon
  • ¼ teaspoon grated or finely sliced ginger
  • ½ scoop Perfect Bone Broth powder
  • 1 cup boiling water

Just whisk the broth into the boiling water, toss in the lemon and the ginger. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes and strain out the ginger.

#4 CURRIED BROTH

As curry is one of the most healing foods (all that onion, garlic and ginger) it's hard to make it better. But you can by adding in 1 scoop of Perfect Bone Broth powder!

  • ½ cup rice, dry
  • 1.5 cups boiling water
  • 1 scoop Perfect Bone Broth broth powder
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • 1/8 cup chopped parsley
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Whisk the bone broth into the boiling water.
  • Then, combine all other ingredients in a small pot.
  • Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to a simmer for 35-40 minutes.
  • Turn the heat off and let sit for fifteen minutes.

Makes about 1.5 to 2 cups of rice.

#8 BONE BROTH HOT CHOCOLATE

Bone Broth Hot Chocolate is an easy and fun way to drink Bone Broth. Raw cacao and maple syrup are a surprisingly delicious combination with Perfect Bone Broth Powder.

  • 2C "milk" of your choice
  • ½ scoop Perfect Bone Broth
  • 1T raw & fair trade cacao powder (or cocoa)
  • 1T maple syrup (to taste)
  • (optional) 1 drop of peppermint essential oil

Warm the milk in a pan then whisk in everything else. Delicious!
