Rejuvenate skin, strengthen joints and feel younger by boosting collagen intake and production.

Written by: Pamela Schoenfeld, MS RD LDN

The formation of collagen by your body is absolutely essential for the rejuvenation of skin, hair, nails, bones and joints. More importantly, collagen gives these tissues the youthful elasticity, flexibility and strength needed to ward off degeneration before it begins.

Packed with proven techniques, helpful strategies and delicious recipes, this book offers simple steps to boost your body's natural collagen production. Not only does the author reveal ways to keep skin more youthful, hair stronger and bones more resilient, she explains everything you need to know about collagen, including:

  • What it is and how your body utilizes it
  • Why you need collagen protein in your diet
  • How it supports wellness, beauty, and good health
  • Why it can be helpful if you have weight or blood sugar issues
  • What benefits it provides to reduce inflammation
  • How much to consume daily and which foods naturally contain it
  • Why supplements containing it differ in effectiveness

"Perfect Supplements Chicken Bone Broth Powder just might be the best of both worlds: it is 100% real bone broth, and is an excellent source of Types I, II, and III collagen.

It is also totally free of things that you don't want in your bone broth because it is certified USDA organic, made from free-ranging chickens, is non-GMO, and has no MSG or other ingredients that many people are sensitive to. I can attest to this as I often drink it a few times a day and feel absolutely great! It helps control my appetite and it really keeps my digestive track humming along. And did I mention that it is absolutely delicious? I like adding a pinch of sea salt and a bit of sage and black pepper - but you can try it in almost any recipe you would use boxed or canned bone broth.

While I still make my own broth when I have bones leftover from roasting a chicken, this product means I never need to go a day without bone broth even when I am traveling, haven't had time to make broth, or just find it too hot here in North Carolina to simmer a pot on the stove top.

You will definitely want to keep a container of Perfect Supplements Bone Broth in your pantry at all times so you are ready to whip up a homemade soup in just minutes. And it really comes in handy if you or someone in your family comes down with a cold or stomach virus. Thank you everyone at Perfect Supplements for making this product available!!! "

Pamela Schoenfeld Bio

Pam is a registered dietitian whose passion is helping individuals live their best lives. She is on a mission to share the power of ancestral nutrition as the key to good health at every age, young, old, or in-between. She was inspired to write "The Collagen Diet" when more and more of her patients were asking what she thought about collagen supplements. After delving into the research, she was convinced that everyone could benefit from a rich source of collagen in their diets. She believes that deciding on whether to take a supplement rich in collagen, which one to take, and what to watch out for, should be done with the most accurate and up-to-date information. To that end, “The Collagen Diet” not only reveals all of the potential benefits of the various types of collagen, but also why collagen protein naturally present in traditional foods is an essential part of an overall nutrient-dense diet.

Her journey to becoming a dietitian started two decades ago when she was struggling to have enough energy to raise her children and keep up with a part-time job, despite eating what she thought was a nutritious plant-based diet. Pam turned her health around by changing to an ancestral diet that included uniquely nourishing animal-based foods, including foods rich in collagen protein like bone broth. Inspired by her own personal transformation, at the age of 50, she earned her master’s degree in nutrition and completed her dietetic training. In her ten years of private practice, Pam has helped thousands of individuals regain their health and vitality.
